The Position

Reporting to the Operations Supervisors – Cash Management, you will need to offer a *Dream Service* to the internal and external clientele by performing the required monetary transactions at the different cash registers and for the Keno draws while explaining the operation of the Keno game. You will need to:

• welcome, inform, and properly direct the clientele;
• collect the selection sheet and the client's payment;
• control the manipulation and circulation of values (money, tokens, checks, coupons) in the casino as well as the supply of the different sectors;
• issue a numbered ticket;
• pay out the prizes according to the established norms and procedures;
• count and balance the cash register;
• ensure cleanliness, safety, and material needs for the Keno game area clientele;
• manage funds and reconcile the cash;
• exchange values at the cashier's counter with discretion and diligence;
• enter transactions into the computer system;
• complete all financial transactions related to slot machines, game tables, and Keno;
• know and enforce the law on significant transactions;
• resolve minor conflicts;
• perform tasks with flexibility and adaptability;
• carry out any other related tasks.

Essential Requirements

• High school diploma (D.E.S.)
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience involving monetary transactions with the public
• Due to serving a tourist clientele, good knowledge of English is required for this position
