The Position

Reporting to banquet operations supervisors, you will provide a *Dream Service* by serving meals and beverages during banquet events. You will be responsible for:

• Setting up the banquet hall according to the established contract;
• Preparing work stations and all necessary equipment for service;
• Setting the table according to the selected menu;
• Welcoming guests with diligence and courtesy;
• Providing information about the menu;
• Serving meals, beverages, and wine, paying special attention to pace, etiquette, and established standards;
• Ensuring responsible service of alcoholic beverages;
• Clearing tables;
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment, equipment maintenance, and compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards;
• Performing any other tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Essential Requirements

• High school diploma (D.E.S.)
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• *Due to serving a tourist clientele, appropriate English language proficiency is required for this position*

Other Requirements

• Good knowledge of menus and wines as well as table service techniques
• Proven sense of customer service
• Team spirit
• Availability to work on various shifts (day, evening, weekends, and holidays)
