Parts Clerk (Mining Warehouse)

We are looking for a Parts Clerk to join the team at an important mining site in Abitibi-Témiscamingue.

Reporting to the Purchasing and Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing parts, supplies, and inventory to support maintenance and production operations.

Responsibilities

Receive, sort, store, and ship parts and supplies.

Respond to requests from various departments.

Prepare and distribute internal orders.

Participate in stock management and maintain up-to-date inventory.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Always respect health and safety standards.

Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements

DEP in mechanical parts sales, AEC in procurement, or equivalent training.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Knowledge of inventory management and computer skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Good organizational skills, autonomy, and resourcefulness.

Team spirit and good communication skills.

Valid explosives permit (asset or requirement depending on the mandate).
