Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Maintain our customer promise by performing exceptional maintenance and repairs on water coolers, water filtration systems, and coffee equipment.
• Respond to service calls promptly and meet our service requirements with accuracy and precision; and be proactive in identifying opportunities to minimize machine downtime.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Primo by maintaining quality relationships with existing and potential customers, knowing our products and services, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Be the voice of the customer within the company.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Previous experience as a maintenance technician is preferred.
• Clean driving record (an asset) or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to apply basic mathematical skills concepts and use basic functions on a handheld scanner.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills in English and French (will serve customers in Ontario and Quebec).
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move 10 pounds and periodically lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Candidates must possess strong language skills in French and English to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in both languages is essential to understand customer needs, resolve requests, and collaborate with team members.
