What Will Your Day Look Like?

• Perform operational tasks ranging from simplicity to complexity to manufacture, modify, and repair a wide variety of tools and gauges with varying shapes and geometries.
• Work from drawings, photos, sketches, and verbal instructions regarding the methods and equipment to use to set up, operate, and adjust conventional or numerically controlled machine tools to machine and repair new and used gauges and fixtures.
• Plan the work to be performed by machinists on different types of machines.
• Manufacture molds, mix, and pour products.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on parts using precision measuring instruments. He keeps the appropriate records up to date.
• Maintain critical inventory details for gauge and fixture repairs.
• Participate in the development of new tools to meet customer needs.
• Participate in the resolution of issues encountered on production lines by improving tooling in conjunction with planners and designers.
• Wash, preserve, package, and move parts while ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure, among other things, that fluid levels are adequate, filters are clean, and the general condition of the machine is in accordance with the checklist.
• Participate in training and share knowledge with teammates.
• Organize and maintain the order of your workstation and adhere to our high standard of health and safety at work at all times.

• DEP in machining techniques;
• ASP in numerically controlled machine tools or ASP in tooling

• Knowledge of Catia software
