We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a permanent position in Trois-Rivières for a specialist in industrial construction and maintenance services.

Your responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and process vendor invoices with diligence.
• Track payments and manage associated files.
• File and organize documents to maintain easily accessible information.
• Keep files up-to-date and ensure their proper structure.
• Collaborate with the team to support the efficiency and smooth operation.
• Participate in the resolution of various daily administrative issues.

Conditions and benefits

• Attractive remuneration: $25 to $27 per hour
• Permanent full-time position
• Group insurance and collective REER with employer contribution
• 2 weeks of summer vacation plus 1 week during the holidays
• Possibility to accumulate hours to obtain a fourth week of vacation
