Health Quebec - Centre-Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal - Universitaire is looking for a person to fill the position of Program Manager SAPA - Home Support at CLSC Benny-Farm (René-Cassin Site). Our facility houses more than thirty sites and has an operating budget of over $1.05 billion, covering both main and ancillary activities.

Your Role

As the Program Manager SAPA - Home Support, you will operate in an environment marked by significant organizational transformations, the integration of multiple facilities, and collaboration among various missions and professions.

You will contribute to the continuous improvement of services by ensuring rigorous operational management, while meeting the performance, quality, transparency, and accountability requirements of the health and social services network.

Under the authority of the Program Coordinator, you will plan, organize, direct, monitor, and evaluate all activities under your responsibility, in accordance with ministerial guidelines and the objectives of Health Quebec.

Your Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will be called upon to

  • Ensure the planning, organization, monitoring, and evaluation of programs within your sector.
  • Respond to client needs, particularly in relation to abuse, family caregivers, public guardianships, and other home support issues.
  • Implement, within your program, the citizen participation organizational model adopted by Health Quebec.
  • Collaborate on community awareness initiatives to promote the establishment's mission and the needs of the served clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the internal and external communication plans of the management.
  • Ensure the achievement of objectives related to access, quality, risk management, complaint handling, performance, and budget balance.
  • Participate in achieving the targets set in the management agreements of Health Quebec.
  • Manage human, informational, material, and financial resources within your sector.
  • Optimize work organization and promote the continuous improvement of processes.
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards, clinical best practices, and skill profiles adapted to client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external collaborators.

As a manager, you will be accountable for the results of your sector and ensure effective, mobilizing, and quality-oriented management of care and services.
