We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist for the Saint-Vallier Clinic.

Kinatex Saint-Vallier, located in the Saint-Sauveur neighborhood in Quebec City, has been offering personalized rehabilitation services since 2005. Our multidisciplinary team offers physiotherapy (perineal reeducation, jaw treatment, manual therapy, pediatrics), occupational therapy, osteopathy, massage therapy, kinesiology, and acupuncture, working closely to ensure complete rehabilitation.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct functional evaluations and assess patients' abilities and limitations
• Design and implement individualized intervention plans
• Provide manual treatments and evidence-based interventions
• Maintain complete and compliant progress notes
• Ensure quality follow-up and adjust plans according to patients' progress
• Teach and advise patients on strategies and prevention
• Work closely with other clinic professionals

Qualifications We Seek

• Position open to new graduates and experienced occupational therapists
• Be a member in good standing of the OEQ
• Interest in developing skills and refining expertise - any expertise or interest in mental health or pediatrics is an asset
• Opportunity to develop a practice in hand treatment and home services
• Sense of initiative, autonomy, and patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written

Schedule

• Full-time: 35 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, day and evening shifts, flexible schedule to be determined with the candidate
