Prevost, a division of Groupe Volvo Canada Inc., is currently looking for a Manager – Industrialization for its Ste-Claire plant.

What You Will Do

Our Manager – Industrialization oversees the development of manufacturing solutions for the implementation of new electric products in the assembly plant with their team and colleagues. They collaborate closely with the engineering team to maximize operational efficiency while ensuring a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the electric industrialization team.
• Coordinate manufacturing and production teams on projects.
• Conduct AMDEC (Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) to control production risks.
• Implement industry standards and best practices related to electrical safety.
• Participate with other disciplines in the development of global manufacturing solutions.
• Approve electrical manufacturing concepts to achieve expected performance and quality.
• Establish manufacturing procedures for vehicle electrification.
• Collaborate and approve with engineering the development of product concepts.
• Track project vehicles in production.
• Define manufacturing validation plans, conduct inspections and tests to validate methods.
• Ensure good communication within the manufacturing team and operations.

Who Are You?

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in personnel management
• Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
• Relevant experience
• Ability and interest in project management
• Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
