Food Service Assistant

We are looking for a food service assistant for our kitchen located at the Shell gas station in St-Georges-de-Champlain.

Job responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and serve various sandwiches and salads at the counter
• Cook pastries
• Prepare food for Monday morning production
• Place products in refrigerated counters
• Ensure stock rotation and a good presentation of products
• Monitor product quality and expiration dates
• Check temperatures
• Clean and maintain the work area, counters, and tables
• Follow established safety and food hygiene standards

Weekday schedule, variable according to production needs. The number of hours is generally around 20-25 hours per week.

Petroles Expert operates 15 convenience stores under the Beau Soir banner, and our kitchens are operated under the Cours aux Saveurs concept.
