Overview

We are seeking a talented and professional Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers an opportunity to enhance clients’ natural beauty through personalized services such as facials, pedicures, manicures, waxing... The Esthetician will also engage in retail sales and upselling to promote product knowledge and client satisfaction. A friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a relaxing environment are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs
• Provide professional advice on skincare routines and product recommendations
• Engage in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and upselling additional services
• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment rooms and equipment
• Educate clients on skincare maintenance and aftercare procedures
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized care

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or skincare specialist preferred
• Experience in retail sales, upselling, and customer service is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while providing high-quality treatments
• Certification or licensing as an Esthetician according to state regulations is required
