Barista / Crepe Maker

We are looking for a Barista-Crepe Maker to join our team at Juliette & Chocolat du Dix30.

What you can expect

Our branch is a warm little counter where every team member plays an essential role.

Most shifts are worked independently, so we are looking for someone responsible, resourceful, and well-organized. During busier periods, you will work with a colleague, so team spirit remains just as important.

You will prepare:

• Coffees, hot chocolates, matchas, and other specialty drinks
• Milkshakes and smoothies
• Sweet crepes
• Soft ice creams
• Pastries and desserts
• Gift shop products

You will also participate in all the necessary setup to ensure the counter is ready before peak times: recipe preparation, restocking, maintenance, and organization of the workstation.

The profile we are looking for

We are primarily looking for someone who:

• Naturally smiles and loves serving people.
• Enjoys creating a memorable experience for each customer.
• Is organized and efficient.
• Learns quickly (training is approximately 4 days).
• Is capable of handling multiple orders at once, both at the counter and for Uber Eats.
• Remains calm during a rush.
• Has an excellent sense of priorities.
• Is independent, reliable, and meticulous.
• Communicates well with the team.
• Is comfortable with cash management.
• Enjoys working cleanly and maintaining an organized environment.

Experience in the restaurant, café, or with a cash register system is a plus, but not mandatory. We place more importance on attitude, motivation, and the desire to learn.

Schedule

We are looking for people available:

• During the day;
• In the evening;
• And on weekends.

To ensure the entire team can enjoy weekend breaks in rotation, a minimum of one weekend shift is required.
