Sales representative & Account Manager – Sports Industry

Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site

Base Pay: $18.00 CAD/hour + Performance-Based Commission (USD)

What You'll Do

• Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs
• Respond to inbound inquiries and identify sales opportunities
• Deliver professional, timely, and friendly customer service
• Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service goals

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
• Excellent typing and multitasking abilities
• Strong computer skills and experience using online communication platforms
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
• Available to work full-time (40-48 hours per week), including weekends
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in sales, customer service, or account management
• Interest or knowledge in sports
• Paid training is provided.
• Compensation
• Base salary: $18.00 CAD/hour
• Performance-based commission (paid in USD)
• Daily and monthly performance bonuses
• Estimated Commission Earnings

Low Season (March-July)

• Approximately $800-$1,500+ CAD/month

Peak Season (August-February)

• Approximately $2,000-$8,000+ CAD/month, depending on individual performance and seasonality.
