Cashier (Part-Time)

The associate, Front of House, proactively directs customers to open cashiers and assists customers at self-service cashiers. They process transactions accurately and quickly by implementing our 'ACTion at every transaction' checkout process.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure customer satisfaction

Use the customer service model Pass to ACT: greet the customer, build a connection with them, and conclude the transaction with thanks.

Demonstrate good knowledge of products and services, and make appropriate suggestions to meet customer needs.

Treat all customers and associates with sincerity and gratitude; reduce waiting time at the cashier and greet waiting customers.

Promote and recommend offered services, such as credit services, extended warranty, Rental, Pro Service, etc.

Maintain security and integrity and reduce losses

Follow all security and loss prevention policies and methods.

Follow Front of House processes to reduce losses and protect assets.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Professional Experience

One or two years of experience in the retail sector or as a cashier, an asset.
