Flash Selection, a home care support services company, offers personal assistance services to elderly individuals at their homes. We are hiring full-time and part-time home care aides to serve the Laval region.

What we offer

• Competitive salary: $21 to $23/hour based on experience
• Paid mileage between users
• Stable and predictable routes: same users, week after week
• Block hours (day and evening) — no running around the city
• Full-time and part-time positions available (weekdays AND weekends)
• Your daily role:

Assist with hygiene and dressing, prepare meals, help with transfers and mobility, administer medications (as per Law 90), and provide reassuring presence to elderly individuals at their homes.

What you need

• Recognized diploma: DEP in Personal Assistance, AEP in Personal Assistance, or equivalent
• Current RCR/First Aid certification and PDSB attestation
• Criminal record check (required before first shift)
• Valid car and driver's license (travel between users is part of the job — and it's compensated!)
• Empathy, reliability, and independence
• Compensation: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
