At FLO, we are building one of the largest EV charging networks in North America and actively contributing to accelerating the transition to more sustainable mobility. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Distribution Network & Strategic Partnerships - Residential to drive the commercial growth of FLO Home through our network of partners.
This strategic role is at the heart of the expansion of FLO's residential segment and combines the management of existing partners, the development of new sales channels, and the optimization of the commercial performance of the network.
🧭 The role
As a Senior Manager, Distribution Network & Strategic Partnerships - Residential, you will be responsible for the growth of FLO Home through three main mandates: 1. Strategic Management of the Manufacturer's Agent
Drive the relationship with the current manufacturer's agent and maximize its commercial impact, while supporting the future expansion in the Maritimes.
2. Strategic Management of Distributors
Optimize the performance, market coverage, and profitability of the distributor network.
3. Development of New Channels and Partnerships
Identify, negotiate, and develop new partnerships and sales channels to accelerate the growth of FLO Home.
You will play a key role in business development, partner management, and the expansion of FLO's residential market.
🚀 Main Responsibilities
Strategic Management of Sales Partners
- Define and drive the partnership strategy with manufacturer's agents
- Establish goals, performance indicators, and governance mechanisms for the network
- Train, support, and guide partners to maximize their commercial performance
- Evaluate partner performance and implement required action plans
- Act as an escalation point for commercial or operational issues
- Support the development of strategic accounts and the closing of major opportunities
Strategic Management of the Distributor Network
- Manage a portfolio of distributors with a growth and profitability-focused approach
- Develop account strategies tailored to the potential and needs of each partner
- Negotiate commercial agreements, incentive programs, and performance targets
- Conduct regular business reviews with strategic distributors
- Analyze sales, pipeline, and market data to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an optimal partner experience
Development of New Channels and Partnerships
- Identify new growth and distribution opportunities for FLO Home
- Prospect, qualify, and negotiate new commercial partnerships
- Structure commercial agreements and activation strategies for new partners
- Ensure the quick and successful integration of new sales channels
- Conduct continuous market, trend, and competition monitoring
Network Governance and Performance
- Define and maintain distribution channel management rules
- Develop and track network performance indicators
- Produce analyses and recommendations for the executive team
- Recommend the addition, suspension, or removal of partners based on their performance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and programs for the network
Forecasting and Planning
- Be responsible for sales forecasts by distribution channel
- Collaborate in the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process
- Ensure the quality and reliability of forecasts to support business decisions

- Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance teams
- Regular presence at partner meetings, distributor events, and industry events
👉 Success in this role is measured by the growth of sales generated by partners, the performance of the distribution network, the development of new channels, and the ability to build a high-performing and sustainable commercial ecosystem for FLO Home.
🌍 Work Location & Flexibility
- Candidate based in Quebec
- : Hybrid mode - remote work and in-person collaboration
2 days per week;
- Candidate based in Montreal
- : Remote work + occasional trips to Quebec
Requirements

🎓 Education & Technical Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in distribution channel management, business development, or commercial partnership management
- Experience in managing manufacturer's agents or indirect sales networks
- Significant experience in managing distributors and negotiating commercial agreements
- Experience in developing new markets or sales channels
- Bilingual French and English, as you will be working with anglophone partners on a daily basis
- Availability for occasional travel in Quebec and Canada
