Warehouse Order Picker and Shipping Associate – Laval

An important role in our distribution centre

Motosel Industrial Group Inc. manufactures and distributes automotive, industrial and specialty lubricants across Canada. To support our Laval distribution centre, we are hiring a dependable and organized team member to help prepare customer orders, receive incoming product and keep daily warehouse activities moving efficiently.

What you will do

• Pick, verify and prepare products for customer orders.
• Stage completed orders in the appropriate shipping or delivery areas.
• Receive incoming shipments, confirm quantities and report shortages or damaged product.
• Load and unload trucks using safe material-handling practices.
• Put product away in assigned locations and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate a forklift or pallet jack when trained and authorized to do so.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and safe.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics and customer service to meet daily priorities.
• What will help you succeed
• Experience in a warehouse, order-picking, shipping/receiving or logistics environment.
• Ability to follow procedures, check details and produce consistent work.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality and a respectful team attitude.
• Comfort working independently while supporting shared team goals.
• Forklift operating experience is a strong asset.
• Ability to regularly lift products weighing up to 45 lb (20 kg). Heavier loads are moved with material-handling equipment.
