Maintenance and Cleaning Attendant

FUNHUB DIX30 is looking for a reliable and hardworking person to fill the position of Maintenance and Cleaning Attendant to help us keep our entertainment center clean, safe, and well-maintained.

This manual position combines regular maintenance, deep cleaning, basic maintenance, minor repairs, and participation in various special projects within the establishment.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular housekeeping maintenance throughout the establishment
• Carry out deep cleaning projects
• Clean floors, walls, windows, bathrooms, and other surfaces
• Clean and wipe down equipment, furniture, installations, and arcade machines
• Clean behind and under equipment
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report items that need to be ordered
• Perform basic repairs as needed
• Carry out minor painting and touch-up work
• Assist in moving, assembling, or installing equipment and furniture
• Help the management with various cleaning, maintenance, and improvement projects
• Identify and report damages, safety hazards, or repairs requiring professional intervention
• Follow health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping, concierge, maintenance, or manual labor is an asset
• Comfortable with physical and manual work
• Basic knowledge of tools and minor repairs
• Capable of working autonomously and managing assigned tasks
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
• Capable of lifting and moving supplies, furniture, and light equipment
• Comfortable working on your feet for long periods
• Willing to perform both regular maintenance tasks and deep cleaning projects
