• Job Overview:

We are seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Booth Sales Representative to join our team at Pestle \& Pods Inc for a Christmas market in Ottawa. This role involves greeting customers, explaining our products, and creating a welcoming and festive atmosphere at our booth. You will engage with visitors, answer questions, and help drive sales of our superfood products while representing our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, festive atmosphere.
• Explain our products clearly and concisely in both French and English, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Assist customers with their purchases and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
• Keep the booth tidy, restocked, and visually appealing at all times.
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns professionally in both languages.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth booth operations.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling the booth before and after the event.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
• Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail or market setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Set up, and clean up the booth space.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in an outdoor environment (rain, snow, or shine).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to all four days of the market.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Working Hours

• November November 26-29, 2026 (exact hours will be provided closer to the event).
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required.
