Your daily missions
- Coordinate the integration (onboarding) and exit (offboarding) processes for client accounts, both internally and with clients, for SGAS and SGCC, ensuring efficient workflow management and rigorous tracking with various teams, including KYC, Credit/Risk, Legal, Electronic Solutions, Treasury, Customer Service, and Commercial Data in North America and internationally.
- Analyze and determine the required documentation for accounts based on counterparty type and negotiated products, as well as validate the compliance and adequacy of account documents and financial information received from potential clients.
- Create and maintain up-to-date client information, documents, and product/limit requests in various systems and databases.
- Contribute to cross-cutting enterprise projects related to integration, new systems, data remediation, and new regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the front office, provide continuous feedback on account status, and meet with potential clients in person and remotely.
- Assist the front office in developing new activities quickly and accurately, proposing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Participate in client-related committees and meetings, integration coordination, new activities, products, and market placements, as needed.
- Master various systems, develop deep expertise, and conduct demonstrations for other teams.
- Implement new processes and participate in the deployment of new systems.

Desired Profile
- Experience in client relations and public relations skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong data manipulation and metrics analysis skills
- Aesthetic sense for creating charts, tables, and presentations
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Extensive knowledge of financial markets: equities, interest rate products, OTC, futures, options, etc.
- Good understanding of recent regulatory developments (e.g., Dodd-Frank, FATCA, FinCEN)
- Knowledge of legal documentation related to account opening
- Familiarity with KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements
- Knowledge of compliance regulations
- PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Required
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the financial sector
Preferred
- Experience in client integration (Client Onboarding) or customer service
- Experience in sales or teaching
- Experience in trading room or trading desk
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the financial sector
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- MBA or law degree
- LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is required as the person occupying this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners located in the United States.
