Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through compelling product demos and presentations to highlight key features and benefits
• Conduct outreach initiatives to promote our products via various channels, including in-person events and digital platforms
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
• Utilize strong communication skills to clearly convey product information in both English and other languages as needed
• Assist in organizing promotional events, public speaking engagements, and community outreach efforts to boost brand visibility
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions that align with their preferences
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and product demonstrations to inform future marketing strategies

Experience

• Proven experience in marketing or sales roles, preferably within a consumer-focused environment
• Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others and building rapport
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking abilities for engaging presentations and demos
• Familiarity with conducting product demonstrations and explaining technical features clearly and confidently
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a lively, energetic setting
• Prior experience in public speaking or event organization is a plus but not required
