Full-time - Seasonal 40h/week (Occasional weekends)

Private Domain, Knowlton

April to November minimum.

Compensation: To be discussed based on experience and training $25 to $35/hour

We are looking for a versatile person with experience in carpentry and painting to perform interior and exterior maintenance on a 100-acre private domain in Knowlton.

Main Responsibilities

• Carpentry and Painting
• Renovation, Plumbing, Mechanics
• Exterior Maintenance
• Exterior Maintenance
• General Maintenance

Requirements / Qualifications

• Knowledge in: Renovation, Machinery, Carpentry, Painting, Interior and Exterior Building Maintenance.
• Honest, discreet, resourceful, versatile, and reliable person.
• High level of professional ethics
• Coordination with the main manager for priorities.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Use basic renovation tools
• Practical knowledge in various manual labor
• Initiative, autonomous, and attentive to needs
• Autonomy, organizational sense, and ability to work in a team with domain staff.
• Valid driver's license

An annual salary review will be offered based on the increase in the cost of living. An employee retention policy also provides for salary increases and additional vacation days based on performance.
