Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment throughout your shift
• Follow all food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices during meal preparation
• Support the team with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of quality meals in a lively environment

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Strong understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Excellent serving skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of meal preparation processes, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment operation
