Draftsperson

Abbatiello Group is one of the fastest-growing restaurant groups in Quebec, with hundreds of projects completed and in development across the province.

We are looking for a Draftsperson to help us design, build, and continuously improve our construction projects. Every project has a real impact on the sector in which we operate.

*Job Responsibilities:*

• Design and develop commercial and restaurant layouts;
• Produce technical drawings, construction drawings, and construction details;
• Create 3D models and visual renderings with SketchUp and Enscape;
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and the requirements of different banners;
• Participate in technical coordination with contractors, consultants, and suppliers;
• Perform technical follow-ups and support the project management team on-site;
• Organize and maintain up-to-date project documentation and archives;
• Provide technical solutions adapted to site constraints;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction standards and details.
• *Desired Profile:*
• DEP, DEC, or relevant training in building drafting, architecture, or architectural technology;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical drawing or design (an asset);
• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD;
• Proficiency in SketchUp and Enscape for 3D modeling and rendering;
• Strong design, conceptualization, and visual presentation skills;
• Good understanding of construction methods and technical details;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Sense of organization and attention to detail;
• Good time management and adherence to deadlines;
• Team spirit and good communication skills.
