Store Associate (Part-Time)

The Store Associate proactively guides customers to open cashiers and assists customers at self-service cashiers. They process transactions accurately and quickly by implementing our 'ACTion at every transaction' checkout process.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure customer satisfaction

Use the customer service model Pass the ACTion: greet the customer, build a connection with them, and conclude the transaction with a thank you.

Demonstrate good knowledge of products and services, and make appropriate suggestions to meet customer needs.

Treat all customers and associates with sincerity and gratitude; reduce waiting time at the cashier and greet customers waiting.

Promote and recommend offered services, such as credit services, extended warranty, Rental, Pro Service, etc.

Maintain security and integrity and reduce losses

Comply with all security and loss prevention policies and methods.

Comply with Front of Store processes to reduce losses and protect assets.

Working Conditions

The schedule is flexible and may include evenings and weekends.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Experience

One or two years of experience in the retail sector or as a cashier, an asset.
