AI and Logistics Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented professional capable of supporting operational transformation through Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analysis, Power BI reporting, project management, and logistics process improvement.

This person will work closely with operational teams, IT, finance, and business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, automate manual processes, develop actionable analytics, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and document business processes that can be automated, optimized, or standardized.
• Design, support, and maintain RPA solutions to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize AI tools and automation technologies to improve reporting, decision-making, forecasting, and workflow execution.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Power BI to provide clear visibility into operational performance.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, exceptions, risks, and improvement opportunities in activities.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and implementation plans.
• Support planning, execution, tracking, and communication with stakeholders in automation, analytics, and logistics improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to improve route planning, service efficiency, resource utilization, cost control, and process compliance.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, training, and post-implementation support for new tools or process changes.
• Clearly communicate project results, recommendations, and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and automation concepts.
• Practical understanding of AI tools, their use cases, and their contribution to business operations.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, including data cleaning, validation, interpretation, and visualization.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, including scope definition, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of logistics, operations, route planning, service delivery, resource allocation, and process optimization.
• Ability to clearly document processes using process maps, workflows, business requirements, and standardized operational procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to transform complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical subjects in a simple, business-oriented manner.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience with RPA platforms, workflow automation tools, or low-code automation solutions.
• Experience in creating operational dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience in supporting process improvement, automation, logistics, operations, or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an asset.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including operations, IT, finance, and business stakeholders.
