We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-service-driven drivers to join our growing transportation team. This position is ideal for professionals who take pride in their work, consistently deliver high-quality service, and can operate safely and professionally in a fast-paced environment while representing the company.

Responsibilities
- Departure from Vaudreuil-Dorion at 06:00 AM.
- Perform a flatbed trip switch at Joyceville 4 days per week.
- Coordinate cargo securement with the customer during loading.
- Secure freight using appropriate equipment such as straps, chains, and load bars, ensuring compliance with load securement standards.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including checking tires, brakes, lights, and load securement; report any issues promptly to the maintenance department for timely repairs.
- Accurately complete all required documentation, including electronic logs (eLogs), inspection reports, delivery documents, and incident reports.
- Comply with Hours of Service regulations, safety policies, and company procedures.
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet operational demands and customer requests, including variable schedules, overtime, weekends, or night runs as needed.
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 driver's license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with flatbed trailers or Class 1 driving.
- Must be bondable and legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Clean driving record.
- Experience in securing heavy materials (metal).
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations, Hours of Service, and cargo securement standards.
- Experience operating commercial vehicles in winter conditions.
- Ability to accurately complete electronic logs (eLogs), vehicle inspection reports, and delivery documentation.
- Physical ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and up to 75 lbs (34 kg) as needed.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional, safety-oriented approach.
