Permanent Position

We are looking for someone to ensure the overall performance of purchasing, logistics, receiving, shipping, and warehouse functions by implementing robust processes, effective planning, and rigorous execution to support company growth and improve operational reliability.

Your mission will consist of

• Leading, structuring, and developing teams under your responsibility;
• Developing a culture of rigor, accountability, and continuous improvement;
• Structuring, optimizing, and standardizing processes and aligning them with Business Central;
• Defining and deploying procurement strategies in line with operational, financial, and risk management objectives;
• Ensuring the performance and selection of suppliers (costs, delivery times, quality, reliability);
• Supervising all receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities;
• Improving OTD (On-Time Delivery) performance for both customers and internal operations;
• Structuring warehouse management (layout, methods, rules, cycle inventories);
• Reducing inventory discrepancies and stockouts;
• Implementing clear, visible, and tracked performance indicators that lead to operational excellence;
• Simplifying and automating logistics-related processes.

To be the person we are looking for, you must

• Hold a university degree in operations management, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management;
• Possess strong team management and interfunctional coordination skills;
• Be recognized for your organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Have excellent proficiency in computer tools, including Excel and ERP systems;
• Demonstrate mobilizing leadership and a collaborative approach;
• Be comfortable in a constantly evolving and growing environment;
• Communicate fluently in both French and English, both orally and in writing.
