CNC Machinist

Job Title: CNC Machinist

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Main Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the production supervisor, the CNC machinist will have the following responsibilities:

• Machine production parts with precision;
• Check and validate the dimensions and quality of the parts;
• Prepare, adjust, and operate CNC machines and tools;
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and manufacturing instructions;
• Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes;
• Collaborate and provide support to relevant departments;
• Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements

• DEP in CNC machining or any related training;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the manufacturing of machined parts or industrial environment;
• ASP in CNC machining on CNC machines (an asset)
• Ability to read blueprints;
• Knowledge of metric and imperial systems.
