Pallet Repairer

The starting salary is $21.96/hour, with a production-based remuneration of $0.94 per repaired pallet after training. The more you develop your efficiency and work pace, the more your salary can increase.

Working Conditions

Day Shift

• $21.96/hour during training
• Monday to Friday
• 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Evening Shift

• $21.96/hour during training
• Evening premium of $1.25/hour
• Monday to Thursday
• 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM
• $23.21/hour with evening premium

After Training

• Production-based remuneration of $0.94 per repaired pallet
• Possibility of a significant salary increase based on productivity
• The most efficient workers can reach $30/hour and more

Responsibilities

• Inspect pallets to identify necessary repairs
• Perform repairs using appropriate tools
• Replace damaged planks and components
• Ensure repaired pallets meet quality standards
• Maintain a good work pace
