Compensation and Hours

• Competitive wage: $22.07 to $22.62/hour
• Day shift: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Your Role

As a production operator, you play a key role in the smooth operation of the business and adherence to Techo-Bloc's quality standards.

On a daily basis, you will

• Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)
• Remove defective products ❌ and replace them with compliant pieces ✅
• Sort, pack, film, and prepare products for shipping
• Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or with equipment
• Assist machine operators in their daily tasks
• Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment

This is a physically demanding position that requires diligence and reliability.

You are:

• Punctual and reliable — arriving on time is essential for production
• Comfortable lifting and moving up to 23 kg (50 lb) regularly
• Capable of staying focused for 12-hour shifts
• Attentive to details and work quality
