Job Description Compensation \& Schedule ✅ Competitive wages: $22.07 to $22.62

Day shift: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 4PM

Your Role

As a Production Labourer, you play a critical role in keeping our operations running efficiently and ensuring our products meet Techo-Bloc’s quality standards ✅.

You will

• Inspect concrete products for quality, shape, color, and consistency
• Remove defective products and replace them with approved pieces
• Sort, pack, wrap, and prepare products for shipment
• Transport raw materials and finished goods manually or with equipment
• Assist machine operators with daily production tasks
• Clean machines and maintain safe, organized work areas

• Punctual and dependable — being on time is essential to production flow
• Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly
• Able to remain focused and productive during 12-hour shifts
• Detail-oriented and committed to doing quality work
• A team player with a strong work ethic and hands-on mindset
