About Us

The Quebec Ski Mountain Company (CMSQ) owns and operates Mont Grand-Fonds, a four-season tourist destination recognized for the quality of its customer experience. As part of the development of its housing offer, CMSQ is looking for a Housing Manager.

The Housing Manager ensures the planning, organization, supervision, and continuous improvement of operations related to housing. This person ensures an exceptional customer experience while optimizing the profitability of the sector. You will have the opportunity to build and develop a housing sector that is set to become a strategic element in the development of Mont Grand-Fonds.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily housing operations.
• Supervise teams, recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate employees.
• Ensure a warm welcome and quality service that meets the organization's standards.
• Manage reservations, arrivals, departures, and special requests from customers.
• Optimize occupancy rates and housing revenues.
• Handle complaints professionally and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of facilities and customer experience.

Desired Profile

• Education in hotel management, tourism, administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing a hospitality establishment or a similar position.
• Excellent leadership and team mobilization skills.
• Strong sense of customer service.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer tools and hotel management software (PMS).

Salary: $25.00 to $33.10 per hour
