Join our team as a Service Attendant / Handyman!
The Service Attendant is responsible for checking the proper functioning of equipment and performing repair work. He contributes to the quality of work and customer service through his tasks.
Working Conditions
- Schedule: Full-time during the day from Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM);
- Starting salary at $21.52 per hour (including a 4% bonus for holidays and 4% for vacation) and progressing according to the collective agreement;

- The Challenge Offered:
1. Ensure the proper functioning of equipment
- Regularly inspect the equipment used in parking lots and intervene in case of failure.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure their performance and durability.
- Manufacture or adjust simple parts necessary for maintenance work.
- Effectively manipulate and use the required equipment for interventions.
2. Operate and move mobile equipment
- Drive and use various vehicles and machines, including trucks and mechanical brooms.
- Ensure the movement of equipment between different operation sites.
3. Maintain a safe and functional environment
- Perform various maintenance and repair tasks in parking lots.
- Participate in the installation of systems or equipment related to parking lot operations.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe for users and employees.
4. Perform various tasks as needed
- Take on some general maintenance tasks when required.
- Occasionally travel outside the city of Quebec according to operational needs.
The Ideal Profile
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a Class 3 driver's license or follow the training to obtain it
- Relevant experience in a repair, maintenance, installation, and maintenance role for machinery and equipment
- Requires good physical condition, as some tasks may require effort
