Our client, RB Ventilation, has seen remarkable growth since its founding and has quickly built a reputation for the quality of its service and customer satisfaction. To support its growth, the company is looking to fill a position for a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician. The start date is set for August 31, 2026.

Working Conditions

• Full-time permanent position
• Salary between $32 to $39 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• 40 hours per week, with a schedule favoring work-life balance
• Two (2) paid personal days per year, after a three (3) month trial period
• Three (3) paid personal days per year, after one year of service, and the possibility of bonus vacation days

Under the authority of the manager, the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician contributes to the maintenance, diagnosis, repair, and optimization of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients.

More specifically, the selected person will:

• Perform diagnostics and necessary repairs to ensure the optimal functioning of HVAC systems;
• Install, replace, and commission residential and commercial equipment;
• Check the performance of equipment and make the necessary adjustments to maximize efficiency;
• Conduct preventive inspections and recommend appropriate corrective measures or improvements;
• Use specialized tools and equipment safely and in accordance with industry standards;
• Complete the required intervention documents and reports;
• Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe;
• Provide professional, courteous, and solution-oriented customer service;
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of interventions;
• Visit different clients according to the established schedule to carry out the planned work;
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of work practices and the maintenance of the company's quality standards.

Desired Profile

• Any relevant training will be considered (DEP in refrigeration, HVAC and refrigeration technician)
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the repair, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Autonomy and sense of responsibility
