Are you recognized for your knowledge in group insurance, your analytical mind, and your relationship skills? Join the *Product Expertise and Offer Management* team at Beneva as a Product Manager.

In this role, you will participate in activities related to offer management. You will contribute to the application and evolution of the standards governing the group insurance product and service offerings. With your expertise and analytical skills, you will act as a resource person for various stakeholders within the organization. You will actively participate in the development of the group insurance product and service strategy and in optimizing the experience offered to our clients and partners, all in a hybrid mode.

You will excel in the following functions

• Ensure sound governance of the offer during the submission, implementation, and renewal processes for groups.
• Analyze complex cases and suggest appropriate solutions to internal stakeholders of the VPE.
• Manage requests for deviations from the offer.
• Ensure knowledge management regarding the group insurance product and service offerings.
• Act as a resource person regarding offer standards in group insurance to the group insurance teams and other sectors within the organization.
• Contribute to the development of the product and service strategy by providing advisory roles in projects impacting the offer and coordinating actions between internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure continuous tracking of received submissions to enhance our market vigilance in group insurance.
• Participate in the establishment of guidelines and procedures for offer management operations.

Your talents and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, administration, or equivalent.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the group insurance domain.
• Proficiency in French, both orally and in writing, as well as intermediate proficiency in English, both orally and in writing, due to the nature of the tasks, work tools, or interactions with colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers who are anglophones, or to meet the company's growth objectives.
