In collaboration with the Treasury Manager, the person holding this position is responsible for supporting the daily financial operations of the corporate agency network.

• Prepare, upload, and track bank payments and transfers;
• Monitor transactions, control the inflow and outflow of funds (deposits, disbursements, inter-company transfers);
• Provide payment proofs to the Payables and Internal Audit departments;
• Verify and reconcile deposits;
• Update the weekly cash flow;
• Perform various accounting entries in SAP;
• Reconcile multiple banks and banking processors;
• Collaborate with internal teams and ensure effective communication with other departments;
• Maintain good documentation for all accounting and financial processes;
• Perform any other related tasks.

Qualifications

• DEC in administration or accounting, or relevant experience;
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience;
• Excellent mastery of Excel software;
• Knowledge of SAP, Consul PC, or PC Voyages (an asset);
• Good work organization;
• Good knowledge of French and English, spoken and written;
• *A good mastery of French is required for positions in Quebec. The person in the position will need to communicate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients, or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.*

2 positions available: 12 months and 6 months.
