Accounting Technician

BEL-GAUFRE is searching for... An accounting technician who can perform various tasks:

If you answered yes, this job is for you. Working directly with the 2 company directors, the financial manager must possess the following qualities:

• DEC in accounting OR a first university cycle in accounting required OR equivalence to the position (experience)
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (a test will be conducted)
• Strong capacity to take initiatives to solve problems
• Strong capacity to work under pressure
• Enjoys teamwork (with the directors and other company colleagues)
• Someone with a good sense of humor and who adapts easily to the work environment
• Someone who is efficient, fast, meticulous, and calm
• Knowledge of the Acomba accounting system
• Functional English writing and speaking

Main Tasks

• Keep and control the accounting records
• A person who can analyze the company's P&L and enlighten the directors
• Calculate production costs and revenue costs
• Conduct physical inventories
• Enter invoice data
• Take charge of the entire company payroll
• Collaborate on the budget preparation and the company's annual strategic meetings
• Keep the accounts up-to-date in the Acomba accounting software
• Prepare the company's monthly reports and be able to analyze them
• Produce income tax returns
• Fill out grant applications and follow up
• Record and control customer accounts, vendor accounts, and accounting entries

Start date: July 2026

Schedule: IN-PERSON ONLY from Monday to Thursday, 08:00 am to 16:00 pm (schedule may vary according to needs). Friday off (some Fridays may need to be worked according to the company's needs).

Salary: To be discussed based on experience and potential
