Jack of All Trades

Under the responsibility of the Operations Director, the person holding this position will be part of the team responsible for performing general work and maintenance of the Complexe 360 as a whole. They will also contribute to the success of the team responsible for maintaining residential buildings.

The salary will be discussed and will be granted based on the experience of the selected candidate.

Main Responsibilities

• Support work related to the exterior maintenance of Complexe 360 facilities (grounds, snow removal, landscaping, etc.);
• Assist with the interior maintenance of Complexe 360 buildings (cleaning, minor repairs, logistical support during events, etc.);
• Participate in the preventive and corrective maintenance of Complexe 360 facilities;
• Perform general maintenance work (painting, basic plumbing, various repairs, etc.) in residential buildings;
• Report any major issues or repair needs to the manager;
• Work in collaboration with other team members.

Other Requirements

• Class 5 driver's license required;
