Production Supervisor

Reporting to the Operations Director, we are looking for a Production Supervisor who stands out for their leadership and agility, who enjoys being on the ground, and who wishes to play a central role in the performance of a busy food processing plant during the evening shift.

Your daily impact

As a supervisor, you will be the main leader of the evening shift production operations, and your mandate will be:

• Plan, organize, direct, and control production activities, while fostering a motivating and respectful work environment;
• Ensure the achievement of production objectives by focusing on quality, efficiency, and operational rigor;
• Address production-related challenges and make quick, informed decisions;
• Assign, mentor, and motivate staff, in collaboration with the three production supervisors and team leaders;
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing, quality, health, and safety standards;
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
• Perform any other tasks related to the smooth operation of the plant.

What we are looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in food processing;
• Strong skills in production planning and work organization;
• Excellent ability in multidisciplinary collaboration;
• Capacity to supervise multiple teams and coordinate their activities;
• Clear, structured, and solution-oriented communication;
• Confidence in making decisions and managing priorities.
