Your Mandate

You serve a clientele consisting of white-collar, blue-collar, professional, and managerial staff. You perform various technical and administrative tasks related to personnel movements, attendance, payroll, and medical-administrative follow-up of work accident and disability files. You collaborate in the production of various human resources management reports and the follow-up of institutional programs. More specifically, you:

  • Verify and update all documents and information that reach you and ensure their integration into the relevant files or registers and, if necessary, send copies to the interested parties;
  • Provide managers, employees, or other human resources interveners with information on current practices and the application of collective agreements, standards, directives, etc., in the field of human resources and ensure that control procedures are followed;
  • Collect information and statistical data and analyze and synthesize the information obtained;
  • Gather, compile, consolidate data and statistics necessary for human resources management (retirement preparation, welcome and recognition, literacy, etc.);
  • Respond to employee requests and perform all follow-ups regarding their employee file and remuneration (working conditions and social benefits, statutory raises, absences and departures, etc.) and proceed with the necessary exchanges with institutional representatives.

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • College diploma (DEC) in administration, human resources profile, or any other equivalent or higher-level diploma in a relevant field
  • 2 years of experience related to the responsibilities of the position
  • Knowledge of various HR systems (SIMON, Info RH, Job Register, Kronos), an asset
