**DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASKS (indicative):
In support of the realization of the activities of skill development of the Organizational Development Service, this person:
- Processes expense reports and follows up on vendor invoices, always ensuring compliance with current HR and budgetary guidelines;
- Regularly follows up on various training budgets and produces the associated reports;
- Provides customer service and responds to information requests regarding the authorization and reimbursement of skill development activities;
- Participates in the process of leave requests for training, scholarships, and exemption;
- Disseminates collective and institutional training offers and supports the logistical organization of these activities, including, among others, registration management and participation tracking;
- Records registrations in the skill management information system and in individual files when required;
- Produces, and if necessary, designs multiple reports (management information) related to skill development activities or other fields of the Organizational Development Service;
- Provides administrative support to collective bargaining committees and work committees related to skill development;
- May be called upon to provide support for other activities of the Organizational Development Service.
