What is Gutsy?

We are a small team that brews fermented beverages... and lots of ideas.

We brew fermented beverages that are good for the microbiome and the taste buds. Biological, raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized, 100% plant-based. No gimmicks, no shortcuts.

We are committed to zero waste, we love cans (easy to carry), and we even have refill stations for refill pros.

The Role

You are the person who puts our beverages in cans, in barrels... and into the hands of our customers. On a daily basis, you operate the canning machine, fill the barrels, prepare orders and ensure that our equipment is clean and functional. You work hand in hand with the production team, in compliance with hygiene, quality, and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Pack cans into boxes at the exit of the canning machine;
• Build pallets according to the palletizing plan, pack them and identify them;
• Store pallets in the cold room and ensure stock rotation (first in, first out);
• Assist in the operation of the canning machine (canning) and filling of barrels;
• Prepare customer orders: build order pallets, check quantities, batches and dates;
• Clean and sanitize equipment at the factory and with customers;
• Check the proper functioning of the equipment and report any damage or malfunction;
• Maintain the cleanliness of production and storage areas;
• Follow procedures, quality control procedures and health and safety at work directives;
• Record the required information for traceability (batches, dates, quantities);
• Work closely with production and sales teams;
• Contribute to the happiness of our customers;
• Perform any other related tasks.

Conditions

• Salary according to experience
• Position based at 5555 Cartier, Montreal
• Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday
• Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
• Location: On-site
