Installation Team Lead

$30 to $35/hour | Full-time, permanent | 40 hours/week (flexible schedule)

Location: Quebec, QC (travel throughout Quebec)

At Les Industries Scriptam, we manufacture and install high-quality visual communication and signage solutions. We are looking for an Installation Team Lead to oversee our field projects and ensure flawless installations for our clients.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for installations at our clients' sites while acting as a leader on the ground. You will work with an installer and ensure the quality, safety, and adherence to schedules.

*Responsibilities*

• Prepare and load materials, tools, and hardware;
• Install signs, signalization, and other products;
• Perform manual labor and installations requiring the use of manual and electrical tools;
• Supervise and collaborate with an installer;
• Ensure the quality and efficiency of installations;
• Comply with health and safety standards;
• Represent the company professionally;
• Verify the condition of equipment before departures;
• Manage unexpected situations on the field;
• Collaborate with internal teams;
• Perform any other related tasks.
• *Requirements*
• Experience in installation (construction, carpentry, interior finishing, or related field) or similar profile with a willingness to learn;
• Experience in manual labor and use of manual and electrical tools;
• Leadership and ability to take initiatives;
• Valid driver's license (Class 5);
• Good physical condition (ability to lift approximately 50 lbs);
• Essential manual skills;
• ASP Construction card (asset);
• First aid training (asset);
• French required, functional English (asset).
