As a R&D Coordinator, you will be at the heart of a team that transforms ideas into concrete solutions.

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily activities of the laboratory to effectively support research and development projects. You will also act as a scientific reference, mentor, and technical expert in analytical development.

On a daily basis, you will have to

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of the R&D laboratory to ensure effective use of laboratory resources and prioritize activities to meet project deadlines.
• Review and approve analytical development protocols and reports and other documents required for research and development.
• Plan and coordinate calibrations, preventive maintenance, and qualifications of equipment with external suppliers.
• Manage the implementation of analytical specifications for the introduction of new products and manage the development of analytical methods with external laboratories.
• Ensure the GLP maintenance of the R&D laboratory and compliance with GMP, internal procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Prepare the laboratory for internal, client, and regulatory audits and support the team during inspections and audits.
• Support analysts with troubleshooting analytical instruments.
• Support "extractables / leachables" studies from an analytical perspective.
• Participate in investigations, root cause analyses, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a SME in analytical method development and validation.
• Act as a leader and analytical mentor.
• To succeed in this role, you have:
• At least 7 years of laboratory experience, including solid experience in analytical development.
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in-depth knowledge of GMP and GLP.
• Degree in science (chemistry, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or equivalent).
• Your profile:
