• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Pharmacy Technical Assistance or equivalent experience
• Experience working in a pharmacy setting (an asset)
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Sense of organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Prepare and distribute prescribed medications under the supervision of a pharmacist
• Welcome patients and gather the necessary information to address their questions
• Perform administrative tasks related to patient file management and data entry
• Maintain inventory and medication stock management
• Participate in ordering and receiving medications
• Ensure the proper functioning and cleanliness of the laboratory
