Your daily missions

• Prepare and portion food for various services (trays, cafeteria, automatic dispensers).
• Assemble and distribute meals in accordance with the standards.
• Clean dishes, pots, and kettles (manual or automatic).
• Maintain the cleanliness of workspaces, storage areas, and equipment.
• Serve cafeteria customers and CHSLD residents.
• Operate the cash register if necessary.
• Store and organize food and supplies.
• Prepare and deliver food orders to care units.
• Ensure the proper functioning of vending machines.
• Empty trash cans and secure areas at the end of the day.
• Compliance with MAPAQ rules (no jewelry, nail polish, false nails or false eyelashes except for medical reasons).

Desired profile

• Experience in food service or restaurant work (an asset).
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Sense of service and organization. Autonomy and diligence.

Requirements

• Availability for a daytime shift starting at 5:45 AM.
• Completion of secondary school level 5 or equivalent or relevant experience.
• Availability to work 5 shifts per week and one weekend every two weeks, between 5:45 AM and 8:30 PM.
• Ability to move between our different sites in the Haut-Richelieu-Rouville region, including Haut-Richelieu Hospital, CHSLD Gertrude-Lafrance, CHSLD Champagnat, CHSLD Georges-Phaneuf, CHSLD Sainte-Croix (Marieville), Senior Home (Carignan), CHSLD Val-Joli (Saint-Césaire), and Senior Home.
