Your Mandate
As an inclusive manager, you supervise about fifty white-collar and thirty blue-collar workers linked to the arrondissement's facilities. You are responsible for the daily operation of the customer service offer and activity programs while ensuring the safety of the public on the sites.
More specifically, you:
- Monitor the facilities and oversee all operations related to aquatic activities, arena, outdoor rinks, sports fields, and janitorial maintenance in the various establishments during your work shifts;
- Identify needs and ensure compliance with various regulations regarding maintenance, concierge, and public and facility safety;
- Interact with citizens and partner organizations to meet their operational needs;
- Apply all norms related to sports activities and occupational health and safety.

PROFILE REQUIRED
- University degree (bachelor's degree) in cultural research and animation, recreation, administration, or any other relevant field
- At least 4 years of experience related to the responsibilities of the position
- 2 years of experience in team management or coordination, ideally in a unionized environment
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Knowledge of the aquatic environment and related regulations (an asset)
