• Are you strong in welcoming and customer service? PiedRéseau/Podiatric Clinic of Gatineau is looking for someone who will have the important task of assisting podiatrists and nursing staff in creating a professional and friendly work environment for the patient.

Main functions are

• Welcome clients and hand them out...
• Answer the phone;
• Assign and confirm appointments;
• Ensure payment;
• Prepare several documents;
• Perform sterilization of instruments;
• Assist Podiatrists;
• Clean treatment rooms.
• Open and close the establishment;
• Perform all other related tasks.

Details about the workplace

• We are looking for a medical assistant for our clinics located at 711, St-Joseph Blvd (Hull sector) and at 435, La Vérendrye Est Blvd. (Gatineau sector). You must be available to work at our three clinics (Gatineau, Hull, Aylmer (745, chemin d'Aylmer local 102)).
• Depending on experience, ranging from $17/h to $20/h with the possibility of an increase during the first few months.

Various conditions

• The number of hours may vary according to the week and the traffic of the clinics, however, the future employee will have between 15 and 37 hours per week.
• We are currently looking to fill a full-time/part-time and permanent position.
• Candidates applying for this position must be able to work two/three evenings per week until 7:30 PM/8:30 PM from Monday to Thursday;
• We close on Fridays at 5:00 PM, however, we have training or meetings some Fridays afternoon per year.

Working hours

• Day and evening;
• We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Languages required

• Written and spoken French and spoken English.
