Responsibilities

● Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy.

● Supervise, lead, and motivate the team.

● Plan work schedules.

● Provide excellent customer service.

● Perform recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees.

● Manage inventory and orders.

● Manage the store, including marketing, merchandising, product presentation, and maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive environment.

● Plan, implement, and track special prices, promotions, circulars, and promotional displays to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

● Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.

● Resolve customer situations professionally.

● Collaborate closely with the pharmacist owner to continuously improve operations.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
